How long does it take for Titans to respond to a support request?
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We handle a high volume of inquiries and aim to respond as quickly as possible. You can expect a reply within 24 hours on business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us through our contact form with your order number. Our team will assist you promptly.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
How is my package shipped?
Our small orders (1-5 items) will ship in all unbranded mailer bags, while large orders will come in brown cardboard boxes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Tracking details will be shared via email after shipment. If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us for support.
